I've been there.

After more than a decade of frustration with being overweight despite seemingly doing all the right things, I finally figured out why my body was holding on to the extra pounds. By using food as medicine, and working with my body instead of against it, I ended up gradually dropping from a size 10 to a size 4-6. 

 

Now I help other women understand their WHY, so they can find their healthy weight and feel lighter and more energetic.

My approach

I don't believe in weight loss gimmicks.

I don’t use supplements that “boost” your metabolism, with a promise that this will be the miracle pill that will help you burn more fat.

I don’t recommend counting calories or macros, and I even think you should avoid weighing yourself.

If you’re looking for a quick fix or an easy way out, you’ll have to look elsewhere.

 

These things might work in the short term, but they don’t lead to lasting results. And at their worst, some of these strategies harm your health.

 

What I DO know is that getting to a healthy weight involves understanding your overall health.

It’s not uncommon for our body to hold onto weight for good reasons...

we’re just usually not aware of these reasons.

 

Once we understand what those reasons are, we can then help your body clear them out of the way, and then this allows your body to get back to its natural comfortable weight.
