I work with each of my patients to develop a individualized treatment plan based on their health condition(s), lifestyle, and preferences.

Depending on what suits your needs best, your personal treatment plan will likely involve several of the following:

Nutritional Consulting & Supplementation

Ensure you've got all the nutrients you need to heal, and determine if any foods are preventing you from reaching your health goals.

Get clarity about which vitamin and mineral supplements (if any) you should be taking.

Herbal Medicine

Discover the therapeutic benefits of herbs, and how they can support your body for both acute and chronic illnesses.

IV & Injection Therapies

By infusing vitamins and minerals directly into your veins or muscles, your cells are able to get more of the nutrients they need. This is especially helpful if you have any intestinal problems that impair absorption.

Injections and IVs can be individualized for a wide array of health concerns where nutrient deficiencies are involved.

I also offer IV glutathione infusions, which helps combat oxidative stress and promotes healthy liver detoxification pathways.

Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine

I use traditional Chinese acupuncture for a wide variety of concerns, and targeted acupuncture to alleviate musculoskeletal tension.

Nebulized Glutathione

Nebulized glutathione is a great treatment for lung conditions such as asthma, cystic fibrosis, bronchitis, or other respiratory infections. It is also beneficial to reduce irritaiton and damage from inhaling smoke (cigarettes, forest fires).

What is glutathione?

Glutathione is a major antioxidant and detoxifier in the body that is critical for handling oxidative stress (caused by toxins, infections, injuries, stress, poor diet, etc). While it has an important role in nearly all of our cells, it is crucial in lung tissue to minimize damage from airborne toxins.

What is nebulizing?

A nebulizer breaks up liquid into aerosolized particles that can be inhaled. For our purposes, this means that medicine can be inhaled to directly act on the lungs.

What is a treatment like?

A nebulized glutathione treatment is approximately 10-20 minutes. You will rest comfortably with a mask over your nose and mouth while you breathe the glutathione in. You will likely smell a sulfur-like odour throughout the treatment, and you may experience mild symptoms such as a runny nose or coughing, which generally resolve after treatment.

Physical Medicine

I am trained in physical assessments, joint manipulation, cupping, and other hands-on therapies that help restore proper motion and function to your body.

Therapeutic Breathing

Breathing goes beyond just getting air. Proper breathing has the power to shift you into healing mode so you can get on the path to feeling great.

Sublingual Immunotherapy (SLIT)

Sublingual immunotherapy, or SLIT, is one of the only available strategies treat specific allergies.

What is it?

SLIT involves very low doses of one or more allergens in a personalized solution based on an allergy skin test. By taking a few drops of this solution under your tongue each day over three to five years, this gets your immune system to realize that the allergen(s) is not harmful, and that your body no longer needs to react to it.

What results can you expect?

Most people experience a 20-30% reduction in symptoms in the first year, with an 80%+ reduction after 3 years, to the point that allergy symptoms no longer require treatment.

Alpha-Stim technology applies a gentle electrical frequency that modifies neurological signalling. When applied to the brain, this is known as Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation, whereas application for pain is known as Microcurrent Electrical Therapy.

Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES)

CES has been shown to increase calming alpha waves, reduce agitation, and increase beneficial neurotransmitters. This generally leaves the recipient in a relaxed and alert state. CES is used for a variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD, ADHD, fibromyalgia, and headaches.

Microcurrent Electrical Therapy (MET)

MET applies a current through the area of concern to relieve pain and support healing. MET provides relief from pain of nearly any kind e.g. joint pain, nerve pain, sprains. It can also help speed injury recovery and healing.

What is a treatment like?

CES treatments are typically 20 to 60 minutes, depending on the individual. Electrodes are applied to your earlobes, and the intensity is adjusted so that it is imperceptible. During treatment you may perform other tasks such as reading, and/or it may be combined with another treatment.

MET treatments are generally short - just 1 to 5 minutes depending on the area being treated. MET sessions are best followed by a CES treatment as well.

Both CES and MET have better and longer-lasting effects when done regularly. Sessions are cumulative, in that the effects build and persist for longer when repeated on a regular basis. Some conditions respond well within one treatment, while others will take several treatments to take effect.

Homeopathic Medicine

A gentle approach to provide support for anything from colds and flus to chronic conditions.

Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy (PEMF)

Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, or PEMF therapy, uses low level electromagnetic frequencies to stimulate healing and reduce pain. This means that PEMF can be a valuable tool for healing injuries (including fractures), surgical recovery, arthritis, and more.

What is a treatment like?

Our circular PEMF device fits over most body parts in order to surround the affected area. Depending on the case, typical treatments may last 20-60 minutes.
